Told ya I would do it.

I told everyone last week that I would post some pictures of the rodeo that my husband and I worked at a couple of weeks ago, so here they are. My husband is the guy in the blue and white plaid on the gray horse.

So yesterday, I was driving to school and it was storming. I was going down the interstate and I looked up and saw this black car driving WITHOUT THEIR LIGHTS ON! I mean, who does this? it's 8:30 in the morning and it's storming, and you're driving 70mph down an interstate with your lights off? UGH!

I hate several pet peeves, but I'm not sure the term "pet peeves" is strong enough. I have several things that flat out irritate me. This person irritated me. I also hate when people wait until the absolute last second to switch lanes when they are going through a construction zone and the road is cut to one lane. People: this is one huge reason that traffic gets backed up at con-zones. Get your butt over when you start seeing the signs that tell you to do so.

Sorry, I'm ranting. But everyone has to do it every now and then. What are some of your "pet peeves?" What do random people do sometimes that makes you want to shake them and say "HELLO! What are you DOING?" Haha...give me some stories.

xoxo katy

  1. Good pics. Beautiful horse.

I'm with you on the driving without lights. I drive Highway 1 to come to S'port, and I can't tell you how many people drive in fog and rain without lights. It's scary, especially because people speed and pass in a heartbeat. I'm afraid I'll witness a horrible accident one day.

But that doesn't bother me as much as the guy who drives with his newspaper spread across the steering wheel. No kidding!

  2. Man people get me all the time with the pet peeve thing. Especially working in retail. Random people who are waiting to check off stand at registers where the lights are off and no one is standing there, meanwhile there is a register with the light on and a cashier waiting to check. I mean really people! Geez!
